Friday night update: Games are starting as scheduled at all of the parks. All 3 complexes are private facilaties and have specific rules around gate and what can brought into the park. Make sure you see the rules for each.

Weather Updates will happen on the USFA Mobile App under the "Weather Alert" section of the tournament. We are expecting some scattered rain Sunday, that is supposed to progressively get worse later in the afternoon. We are not changing the format, and will push through with play. All of our fields are turf, so we are in a good position to get this in.

Event Locations - Ballpark at League City (1150- Ballpark Way, League City, Texas 77573), Diamonds at Daily Park (1903 Daily Rd., Rosenberg, TX) and Scrap Yard Sports (29607 Robinson Rd., Conroe, TX). 

Event Format - 5 game guarantee event - 4 65-minute pool games into a seeded 75-minute single elimination bracket (8U all games 65 minutes)

Entry - $300(8U $250)

Divisions - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U/18U OPEN AND C-CLASS SEPARATE WITH ENOUGH TEAMS

PAP - $45 pool and $50 bracket (8U $45 all games)

Awards  - 1st and 2nd place - team and individual

Gate Fee: Diamonds at Daily Park - $10 per person, maximum $20 per car. Cashless venue as of June 1, 2024. Scrap Yard Sports - $5 per person, per day. Ballpark at League City - $10 daily.

**Teams will not be allowed to finish the inning when the home team is up and time has expired, as we have a ball game at the point. This will help keep the event on schedule.

SCORING RULES:

Points for win 3
Points for tie 1
Points for forfeit win 3

If more than 2 teams are tied, head to head will be dropped and we'll move to the next tie-breaker

Run Differential Max 12 Tie Breaker #3
Director Coin Toss Tie Breaker #4

Note - the bracket will not populate until all of the pool game scores are finished
