  PROSPERITY SPORTS PARK - 11465 Bilnoski Road, Willis, Texas 77378 (TURF COMPLEX)
  * $12 daily admission fee (8 and under admitted free) CARD PAYMENTS ONLY AT GATE COLLECTED AS YOU ENTER PARK
  * Players and 2 coaches admitted free
  * Team coolers with water, cooling towels and fruit are permitted (subject to inspection)
  * Family coolers are not permitted in the park
  * Speakers are allowed - appropriate music and appropriate volume must be maintained
  * No outside food and drinks permitted
  * Full concessions and drink stations will be available - cash and card accepted at concessions
  * GUM and SUNFLOWER SEEDS prohibited in dugouts

  * All Players, children under 18 and 2 coaches are admitted free
  * First Responders, Active Military and Veterans get in free. Must show a valid ID.
  * Team Coolers with ice, water, hydration drinks & fruit are allowed in the dugouts. No outside food or beverages. No alcohol and no glass containers in the park.
  * No sunflower seeds or gum in dugouts or fields
  * Full concessions available in the park - Credit Cards, Cash App, Apple pay, Google Pay Only (Cashless)
  * Speakers and artificial noise makes are NOT ALLOWED

  Event Location - 10U OPEN, 12U DIVISION & 14U DIVISION - Prosperity Sports Park - 11465 Bilnoski Road, Willis, Texas 77378. 10U C-CLASS - The Diamonds at Daily Park - 1903 Daily Road, Rosenberg, TX 77471 TWO TIMES POINT EVENT
  
  Event Format - 5 game guarantee event - 4 65-minute pool games into a seeded 75-minute seeded single elimination bracket
  
  Entry - $275 (8U $200)
  
  Divisions - 8U, 9U 2K16, 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U/18U OPEN AND C-CLASS - WILL SEPARATE WITH ENOUGH TEAMS
  
  PAP - $50 pool and $55 bracket
  
  Awards - 1st and 2nd place - team and individual
  
  Gate Fee: $12 daily - Two coaches admitted free (Team cooler with water and fruit permitted)
  
  **Home team will not be allowed to finish the inning if they are batting, leading and time has expired, as we have a ball game at that point.
  
  SCORING RULES:
  
  Points for win 3
  Points for tie 1
  Points for forfeit win 3
  
  If more than 2 teams are tied, head to head will be dropped and we'll move to the next tie-breaker
  
  TIE BREAKER RULES:
  
  Head to Head Tie Breaker #1
  Fewest Runs Allowed Tie Breaker #2
  Run Differential Max 12 Tie Breaker #3
  Director Coin Toss Tie Breaker #4
  
  Note - the bracket will not populate until all of the pool game scores are finished
  
  Track scoring and standings on the USFA Mobile App; If there is a discrepancy in a score please let your onsite tournament director know.
  
  Weather Alert Updates - will be sent via the USFA Mobile App - please make sure parents have the USFA app downloaded prior to the tournament
