Event Locations - Sports Complex at Shadow Creek (13050 Shadow Creek Pkwy, Pearland, TX), Centennial Park (3219 McLean Rd, Pearland, TX), Diamonds at Daily Park (1903 Daily Rd., Rosenberg, TX) and A.D. Dyess Park (16822 Kitzman Rd., Cypress, TX).
Event Format - 6 game guarantee event - 6-65 minute pool games - top 6 finishers in each division will make bracket. Bracket will be 75 minute single elimination. *8U - all games 65 minutes.
**Divisions with at least 16 teams will have Gold and Silver Brackets. Seeds 1-6 will make Gold Bracket and seeds 7-12 will make Silver Bracket.
Entry - $300 (8U $225)
Divisions - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U - OPEN AND C-CLASS WILL BE SEPARATE WITH ENOUGH TEAMS
PAP - $45 pool and $50 bracket (8U PAP $45 all games)
Awards - 1st and 2nd place - team and individual
Gate Fee: Diamonds at Daily Park - $10 per person, maximum $20 per car. Cashless venue as of June 1, 2024. Pearland parks - $7 per day or $10/weekend pass **NEW for 2024-2025 Season - All Pearland gates will be CASH ONLY. There is no gate fee at A.D. Dyess Park.
**Teams will not be allowed to finish the inning when the home team is up and time has expired, as we have a ball game at the point. This will help keep the event on schedule.

Points for win 3
Points for tie 1
Points for forfeit win 3
If more than 2 teams are tied, head to head will be dropped and we'll move to the next tie-breaker

Fewest Runs Allowed Tie Breaker #2
Run Differential Max 12 Tie Breaker #3
Director Coin Toss Tie Breaker #4
Note - the bracket will not populate until all of the pool game scores are finished
