C-Class 2024 Texas State Championship 

Locations: Shadow Creek and Centennial Park, Pearland, Texas and Dyess Park, Cypress

8U C-Class and 10U C-Class - Shadow Creek - 13050 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland, Texas
12U C-Class and 14U C-Class - Diamonds at Daily Park - 1903 Daily Rd, Rosenberg, Texas

Here is where each division will be playing:

8U C-Class - Shadow Creek, Pearland, Texas
10U C-Class - Shadow Creek, Pearland, Texas
12U C-Class - Diamonds at Daily Park
14U C-Class - Diamonds at Daily Park

There is a gate fee at Shadow Creek - $7 per day or $10 for a weekend pass. There is $10 per person per day - maximum $20 per car gate fee for Diamonds at Daily Park.

Dates: RESCHEDULED DATE - June 21-23, 2024

If your team is going to be attending the USFA World Series in Panama City, FL it is a requirement to play in this State Event. The event will be seeded by points accumulated throughout the season. 

Format:

2 Pools/Double Elimination Bracket (Games will start Friday night for local teams)

Divisions:

8u C-Class Division (60 min pools/65 min brackets $45 PAP)

10u C-Class Division (65 min pools $45 PAP/75 min bracket $50 PAP) -

12u C-Class Division (65 min pools $45 PAP/75 min bracket $50 PAP)- 

14u C-Class Division (65 min pools $45 PAP/75 min bracket $50 PAP)- 

Bracket will be seeded by USFA points before event begins.

This is a 5X Point Event!!!

Locations: Shadow Creek - Pearland, TX ($7 per day or $10 for weekend), Imperial Park, Sugar Land, TX no gate fee

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH USFA TEAM PAGE BY MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2024 OR RISK BEING DROPPED FROM THE EVENT.

VENMO, PAYPAL, CASHAPP and CASH PAYMETS ARE NOT AN OPTION FOR THIS EVENT.

Rosters: please make sure your rosters are entered into the system by end of day June 20, 2024, as they will lock once the event starts.If you have any roster issues please email admin@starsovertxsoftball.com 

Note - There are no metal cleats/spikes allowed on any of the turf fields.  Molded cleats, turf, or tennis shoes work fine on this turf. 

Please remind your parents of the gate fee at the Pearland parks. The same bands will get you into both Centennial and Shadow Creek complexes. 

Coolers are welcome at all parks this weekend

No Grills are allowed at any of the complexes

No RV Parking at any of the complexes, as we are expecting a record amount of people this weekend and parking will be tight at all parks.

Note, if you have an issue or concern during the event please contact your UIC or Director directly on their cell. Contacting RG directly will not be the fastest way to get your problem addressed, as he will be at different parks throughout the event. Thanks for playing USFA!!!!!

Note -1 team dropping affects the entire bracket which is why 100% of State entries have to be set

Mandatory Qualifier: If you are going to USFA World Series in Panama City Beach, FL you must play in the State Tournament to qualify. You don’t have to place anything specific, only play in it.

Rosters will be locked after this event; you are able to pick up to 2 players post State to Nationals; Note if you have special circumstances where you need more it will require State Director approval. This helps prevent post State “team building” which hurts divisions at World Series.

C-Class teams; Reminder that you are not allowed to pick up higher class (A/B) players and still play in C-Class.

All rosters will need to be entered into the USFA system for the event by EOD Thursday 6/20; as the rosters will lock at 2pm Friday before the event starts.

Note, at the first bracket game each team will need to go through a bat safety check before the plate conference. Each team will need to stand all of the bats on the outside fence of the dugout to allow umpires to review the bats.

Teams will flip for home or visitor at the plate conference; Championship game home designation will go to the winners bracket team, and there will be “If” games for each division
