Event Location - The Ballpark at League City - 1150 Ballpark Way, League City, Texas 77573. Great turf fields with ample warm up space. Overflow park - Sports Complex at Shadow Creek Ranch (turf and dirt fields) 13050 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland, TX 77584

Event Format - 5 game guarantee event - 4 65-minute pool games into a seeded 75-minute seeded single elimination bracket (8U all games 65 minutes)

Entry - $275 (8U $225)

Divisions - 8U, 10U, 12U& 14U - OPEN AND C-CLASS - WILL SEPARATE WITH ENOUGH TEAMS

PAP - $45 pool and $50 bracket (8U all games $45)

Awards  - 1st and 2nd place - team and individual

Gate Fee: Ballpark at League City - $10 per person, 13 years and older and Shadow Creek - $10 daily or $15 weekend pass

**Teams will not be allowed to finish the inning when the home team is up and time has expired, as we have a ball game at the point. This will help keep the event on schedule.

SCORING RULES:

Points for win 3
Points for tie 1
Points for forfeit win 3

If more than 2 teams are tied, head to head will be dropped and we'll move to the next tie-breaker

Head to Head Tie Breaker #1
Fewest Runs Allowed Tie Breaker #2
Run Differential Max 12 Tie Breaker #3
Director Coin Toss Tie Breaker #4

Note - the bracket will not populate until all of the pool game scores are finished
