How to Update Fields in Available Venues (when fields change or are "re-numbered") Reassign games when field numbers or sizes change so you don’t leave games on outdated fields or create conflicts with other users. It helps you prepare the venue, perform bulk field updates, verify all moves, and remove the old field to keep the scheduling system accurate.

1. Click "Scheduling" in the top navigation bar.

   

2. Select "Available Venues" from Pre-Scheduling menu.

   

3. If the field you are moving the games to is not listed yet, Navigate to Fields tab in venue configuration. Scroll down and click "Include" to add a field or Add New. 1 / 4

   

4. Under Mass Changes, Select "Mass Field Changes" from sidebar.

   

5. Click the field you want to move in the drop down and click View to see all the games on that field.

   

6. Check the header checkbox to select all games for mass updating.

   

7. Select Replace Field in the drop down and the field you want to move the games to. 1 / 2
