Learn how to efficiently manage team applications and registration status for soccer tournaments. This guide walks you through navigating the dashboard, updating team details, and sending targeted email notifications to participants.This guide shows how to duplicate a team's registration from one event into another and quickly prompt them to finish their application and pay. It walks you through copying the team into the new event (where their status becomes PENDING), selecting them, and sending a prebuilt or custom email template containing a direct link to their incomplete registration. Follow the template tips to personalize the message and insert the registration URL so teams can complete payment and confirm entry.

1. Navigate to your dashboard / control panel in SINC

   

2. Go to the event the team is currently registered for.

   

3. Click "MASTER"

   

4. Click the registration number for the team you wish to copy to another event (This opens the registration management screen).

   

5. Click "SHOW"

   

6. Select the event from your list you wish to copy the team to. Click Copy to Event.

   

7. The MASTER page for the event you've copied them to will load and you'll see the team there, but the registration status is PENDING. The team needs to complete their application process and pay their tournament fee to be fully registered.
