1. Navigate to Sincsports.

   

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Contact Support' from the footer links.

   

3. Complete the form and click "Send Message". *If you have an account, log in before contacting support.

   

4. If you are logged in, after you click "Contact Support", you will click the 'New ticket' button.

   

5. Enter your questions and Click 'Submit' to finalize the ticket submission. *You will receive an email response from SincSports within a couple hours during business hours.
