Set up scorekeeper passwords so non‑SincSports users can update game scores securely and how scorekeepers use those passwords to submit scores. It explains creating one global password or unique passwords per venue, where to save them, and the simple steps scorekeepers follow to access a division and enter scores. Follow it to allow trusted volunteers to update results without full admin access.

  1. Click MENU (or Admin on 3.0)

  4. Scroll down to Venues, then Click "Show Passwords"

  5. You may enter one password for ALL of the venues, or you may create different passwords for EACH venue. Once you've created your scorekeeper passwords, click "Save Scorekeeping Access."

  6. The scorekeeper must select a division to enter the password.
