1. Click "Clubs"

   

2. Click "Club Page"

   

3. Search for the Age group.

   

4. Click the merge icon for the first team.

   

5. Click the merge icon for the second team.

   

6. Add a note and Select a merge direction to submit the request. The SincSports team will review your merge request and approve or deny, Monday through Friday, within 24 hours.
