This guide shows how to add an optional parking fee to team registrations by creating a checkbox question in the Registration Setup and assigning a fee to it. It explains marking age groups that should bypass the fee, requiring the question, and saving it so registrants can opt in and have the charge added during checkout. Follow these steps to collect parking revenue automatically at payment.

  1. Admin > Website Setting > Setup Team Registrations Select the Questions tab in the Registration Setup bar.

  2. Click Add Question

  3. Complete Orange fields and be sure to select the CHECKBOX option.

  4. Enter the fee. If certain Age groups do not receive the fee, mark the ages to Bypass. CHECK REQUIRED. Click Save Question.

  5. Now during registration, they will need to check the Parking Pass box which will add the fee.

  6. Click "Continue >"

  7. The total now has the Parking fee added before they pay.
