Find teams with online check-in issues, inspect their OLC rosters for errors, and correct or override specific OLC tasks when necessary. It explains where to identify problematic teams, verify roster validity, and warns that using the Override will unlink athletes from any uploaded files.

1. Click "MASTER"

   

2. Click "TOOLS"

   

3. Click "OLC Status"

   

4. Click the team name for the team you wish to review (the triangle icon indicates there is an issue with the team's OLC roster which is the Participating Athletes and Coaches task).

   

5. Click here to review the team's Participating Athletes & Coaches list. Any athlete that will be attending the tournament, needs to be listed here.

   

6. Review the Roster numbers at the top. If any changes are made, click "Save Roster".

   

7. The red Override is where you may override the task completely. Bear in mind, however, that this unlinks all athletes from any uploaded file within that task.
