What Happens if a Document Is Still Pending After the Deadline?

A document that is still pending has not yet been completed, certified, or approved. Follow up with the team or participant to finish the document.

Extend or reopen the deadline

You can extend the deadline to give teams or participants additional time. Check-in may also be reopened after the original deadline, including after the event has started. If you cannot reopen it yourself, contact SincSports support.

Send another reminder

Resend the notification email to people with pending documents. You can also update the automated emails to continue sending daily reminders while documents remain incomplete.

Collect the document manually

If the document cannot be completed online, have the team or participant provide a hard copy before their game or at the event. Review and complete the documentation manually.
