Restore correct tournament fee totals and accurately record individual payments by recalculating fees, unlocking locked entries when needed, applying payment details (amount, date, authorization code and type), and finalizing updates so fees lock.

1. From your tournament home page, go to the Admin Icon and Click "MASTER"

   

2. If all of your tournament fee amounts say $0.00, you need to recalculate payments. If any of the fees are showing LOCKED and shouldn't, you'll need to unlock those before they'll update (it's similar steps as recalculate payments, you'll just select the unlock fees from the dropdown menu).

   

3. Click "UPDATE TEAMS"

   

4. Activate the Payments & Fees Dropdown Menu > Select Recalculate Payments.

   

5. Click "Process Update."

   

6. If you recalculated payments, you'll see the updated fee amount under the Fee heading. Click the team registration that corresponds with the team who made payment.

   

7. Click "Edit" in the payment section.
