Add customizable pricing adjustments—discounts, fixed fees, percentage off, or partial deposits—when setting up team registrations. It explains where to find the Processing > Discount Coupons area and how to configure codes, amounts, and whether the change is a discount, fee, percent, or partial deposit. Use it to control varied pricing (e.g., club rates) and save changes.

1. Admin > Website Settings > Setup Team Registrations

   

2. Click "Fees".

   

3. Discounts Coupon Coupons Create your code Enter the amount of discount (or deposit) Select the TYPE Discount - This is a discount off the total registration amount (not including processing). Fee - This is to set a specific fee for the team in question (Example - Your club teams are only going to pay $200 for registration. You'll create a coupon code "Club200" > Set the amount for $200 > Mark the FEE radio button.) Percent - This is a percentage taken off the total registration amount (not including processing). *Partial Check box - This is used for DEPOSITS, indicating it's a partial payment of the full fee.

   

4. Club Discounts Select the number of teams required to register for receive the discount. TYPE $ Off Total - Amount off of the total of all teams' registration fees, Per Team - Amount deducted from EACH team's registration fee % Off - percentage off the total of all teams' registration fees.

   

5. Click Save Fees when done.
